Job Title: Facility Engineer(Building Electrical Engineer)

Job Summary:
Leads engineering projects through multi-disciplinary teams. Integrates manufacturing and laboratory business issues/needs into project planning. Controls project costs and schedules, and presents project status and results to business partners, suppliers, team members and appropriate management.
Design and implement equipment maintenance plan under regular supervision;
Develop and implement equipment improvement plan if needed.

Responsibilities:
？ Establish equipment management standard and operation procedure, design and implement equipment maintenance schedule under regular supervision;
？ Design and implement equipment improvement plan based on process requirement;
？ Increased project responsibility for manufacturing, laboratory and other facilities. Proactively addresses business and technical issues for early identification of issues affecting project success. Leads coordination of project timelines. Negotiates and consults with business partners, suppliers, plant and engineering personnel, as well as the appropriate management regarding project status, timelines, and cost.
？ Overseas and plans installation, checkouts and startups of new and existing equipment and facilities. Provides accurate project and equipment documentation, such as project cost, schedules and equipment manuals.
？ Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Basic Qualifications:
？ Bachelor’s degree or above with major in electrical, power engineering or other related disciplines;
？ 3+ years related working experience on electrical power distribution, etc;
？ Good understanding of power control;
？ Good understanding of fire alarm system, IT system, security system, etc..
？ Good English communication skill both in written and oral and PC skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
？ Design house experience is preferred;
？ Possess working experience in foreign invested company is preferred.

？ 电气自动化专业毕业生，做过电气设计和项目，至少五年以上工作经验
至少本科以上学历
