Talent-Spot is currently running an on-site program with one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world, and we’re looking to increase our on-site team to support our client’s HR needs.

Job Description:

- Represent Talent-Spot as a professional individual to be based on-site for a limited period of time (usually 12-24months), ensuring that the Talent-Spot brand is portrayed in the best light

- Directly assist in all recruitment activities on-site (including but not limited to):

· Initial data collection of recruitment requirements

· Manages clients’ various sources (database, referrals, portals, agencies) to ensure supply of candidates

· Actively screens candidates from the clients’ various sources (database, referrals, portals, agencies etc)

· Conduct 1^st round interviews with the selected candidates prior to presenting to the client

· Coordinate all internal client-interviews

· Coordinate all internal processes leading up to the candidates’ successful on-boarding

· Act as part of the clients’ internal team to ensure that the required recruitment activities are carried out successfully

- Conduct regular client reviews to update on recruitment status/challenges/successes etc

- Participate in clients’ internal activities (celebrations, family days etc)

Requirements:

- 3+ years experience in the HR consulting industry, OR 2+ years in-house HR staffing experience

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a reputable university

- Good spoken and written English language capability

- Native Chinese language capability is required

- Professional appearance with good communication skills

- Fast-learner and willing to hands-on

- Possess an eye for details

Other Information:

- Comprehensive orientation will be given to the successful candidate prior to deployment

- All on-site consultants will be placed on a competitive basic package during the course of the deployment + a “Project Completion” bonus every 6-months or when the project ends (whichever is earlier)
