任职资格：
1.掌握公司针对项目的整体运营状况；负责公司运营部门的日常统筹管理；
2.根据公司运营指标、年度发展计划，推动并确保各项运营和管理目标的顺利完成；
3.建立规范、高效的运营管理体系并持续优化完善；
4.负责项目协调会的召开与主持，公司营运情况分析及营运效果评估。对项目周报、综合管理月报的定期收集汇总，对各项目运营计划达成情况运用图表进行分析，进行实时项目进度动态监控，定期汇总汇报给上级领导，以便公司领导提供各项决策依据。
5.负责制定完善项目开发管理流程和管理制度体系建设，制定项目工程质量、管理工作质量考核评分管理办法。
6.对运营部门人员的工作进行指导、监督、培训、考核与协调。
7.其他：配合上级安排的各项工作


任职资格：
1.建筑工程或土木工程类等相关专业，本科及以上学历。
2.8年以上工程管理工作经验，其中至少3年运营经理以上职位的工作经验；
3.能熟练运用project、excel、ppt、cad等软件绘制各类图表、拟定计划；
4.熟悉运营发展趋势，运营管理模式和工作流程；
5.有良好的战略规划、统筹分析能力、部门领导能力、沟通协调能力；
6.优秀的职业素养，具有团队精神，责任心强，能承受压力和接受挑战；
