职位描述
Recruitment
1、To innovatively and cost-effectively recruit full-time/temporary/part-time Team Leaders and Customer Service/Telesales Representative in line with business needs (cost, quality and time); localize and continuously enhance selection tests provided by PCCW HR.
2、To recruit management/administration team in line with business needs (cost, quality and time).
3、To plan ahead the HR plan for all client projects to meet the project requirement.
4、To provide orientation to new hires.
Compensation Strategy
1、To propose to Operations, based on local market knowledge and input from PCCW HR, performance-linked remuneration and benefits in line with requirements for a cost-effective and competitive outsource call center business.
2、To be responsible for enhancement of the payroll processes and payroll system.
Employee Satisfaction
3、To proactively recommend to senior management team on design, implementation and management for internal communication, employee relations, employee motivation, individual recognition and staff welfare.
Others
4、To localize and continuously enhance the HR manual and relevant parts of the operations manual provided by PCCW, with considerations of Call Centre Operations Director.
5、To be responsible for ensuring that HR policies and practices are in compliance with legal requirements, and internal governance and HR rules are followed.
Competencies
1、Degree holder with at least 3-4 years’ experience in recruitment and staffing.
2、Proficiency in all employment-related laws and regulations in China/Shanghai.
3、Self-motivated, decisive and result-oriented.
4、Strong analytical ability and good business sense.
5、Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
