Qualification:
1. BC or above;
2. Good leadership;
3. Fluent Spoken English and good reporting skills;
4. More than 3 years department management experience;
5. Excellent coordination and training skills;

Detail Requirements:
1. Provide initial documents for RFQ according to the products information, such as BOM, labor hours, tooling, equipments etc;
2. Design and fine tune the plant layout according to the production demands;
3. Conduct man hour and product changes analysis to develop standard hours, improve working process, production and technology;
4. Design or prepare the PR for the equipments and tooling to meet the production needs;
5. Develop the internal products and process SWI;
6. Develop and implement the equipment and tooling ordering, installation, maintenance and repairing SWI, to ensure the production equipments, facilities, energies are in good conditions;
7. Continuing improve the production tooling, containers for better applications;
8. Work with HR department for local talents training and cultivation; implement the plant regulations and EHS disciplines;
9. Work with quality department to set up quality control and quality insurance standards; conduct non-conformity and defects analysis; meet the quality system’s requirements;
10. Set up production cost control standards with finance team; assist with the cost analysis and production improvement actions and meet SOX requirements;
11. Work with labor union for employees’ motivation and better relationships;
12. Conduct CTO and CI activities, achieve the annual saving tasks;
13. Lead, support, train and monitor the IE team’s work;
14. Awareness to find the improvement opportunities;
15. Training the employees on lean implementation to reduce the cost and eliminate the wastes;;
16. Fully support the IE annual implementation;
17. Support Lear LPMP, internal control and LEED principles;
18. Support the budget in headcount, engineer change, process change and continuous improvement;
19. Support in organization stability through headcount control, sustainable development and training, improve employees’ quality, position transferring etc;
20. Complete other assignment for oversea programs;
