岗位职责：

1.在生产部经理领导下，负责组织车间生产技术管理、现场质量管理、安全生产管理等工作；
2.负责处理生产现场的各种质量、技术、安全问题及处理后的上报工作，及时报告生产偏差情况并负责组织对质量事故的调查、分析和处理工作，提出改进措施并督促落实整改工作；
3.负责起草和修订相关的各项工作程序及产品的生产技术文件，监控规范执行状况和生产现场的卫生状况；
4.负责生产部员工的培训工作；
5.领导和组织车间的工艺纪律、工艺卫生和安全生产教育等工作；
6.参与车间工艺技术的实验研究工作，对产品工艺和质量上存在的问题提出改进和意见；
7.负责对车间技术质量及任务完成情况的检查，督促和考核。

岗位要求：

1.两年以上工作经验；
2.医药相关专业，大专以上学历；
3.有药厂工作经验者优先考虑。
