Responsibilities:

1.Lead or participant in architecting and designing software for various projects, making specific recommendations to meet the business needs.
2.Work closely with both the MIS management team as well as our internal Senior Management team in evaluating current software development tools, platforms, and techniques and make recommendations on future development and continuous improvement.
3.Stay abreast of technology trends in order to introduce industry leading practices and technologies that support the continued development of strategic business capabilities.
4.Coach others on software architecture development, architecture patterns, and common tools to ensure the continuous development of the development.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above.
2.Major in computing science or related field.

3.Expert knowledge of software modeling tools and methodologies, extensive knowledge in software architecture development.
4.More than 10 years relevant work experience. Minimum 7 years experience in software development and experience in system requirements analysis, design, architecture, and development.

5.Proficient English skills (verbal and written)

6.Innovative approach to problem solving.
