Principal Responsibilities

·Monitor the ticket system, follow help desk procedure to diagnose and respond in a timely, standardized, and customer service-oriented manner to user support requests. Escalate situations requiring urgent attention or additional assistance to ensure effective IT infrastructure to meet business needs;

·Handle the setup, configuration, and maintenance of office computers and related equipment including printers, wiring system, and phones to maximize employee efficiency and minimize employee downtime;

·Provide assistance in researching, evaluating, and executing IT projects meant to improve the Helpdesk’s service;

·Document issue resolution and recommend changes to procedures to reflect current state.

Minimum Requirements

·Bachelor degree or above

·Computer Science or IT related majors

·Minimum 1 year work experience in IT related work experience

·Fundamental computer skills in Windows and MS office, especially Word, Excel.

·PC troubleshooting knowledge

·Good customer service skills.

·Good communication skills

·Good problem solving skills

·Good English skills (verbal and written)
