-执行公司的零售标准,指导经销商和促销员上按照公司的陈列规范,保证良好的品牌形象和顾客消费体验;
-贯彻公司的零售政策,协调市场及物流部门保证促销活动的有序有效的展开;
-定期培训经销商和促销员,贯彻产品知识和公司政策;
-定期走访市场,了解市场动向和竞争对手的最新动态;
-分析销售数据,了解各门店销售状况和客户情况,致力于提升零售单店销量。
基本要求:
-大专以上学历,有外企经验者优先;
-3-4年以上零售管理经验,有百货公司渠道管理经验者或者专柜专卖店管理经验者优先;
-较强问题解决能力;
-良好的沟通能力和谈判技巧;
-工作勤奋,有上进心,有团队合作精神;
-能承受高压下并保持良好工作状态,乐观积极的人生观态度;
-良好的中英文书面写作能力与日常沟通能力;
-熟悉Microsoft Office等办公软件的操作。
Responsibilities:
Regularly work in the retail stores (especially department stores), and ensure that merchandizing is fully aligned with global guidelines at all times. Provide regular and timely feedback to both promoters and distributors for continuous improvement.
Provide effective feedback and coaching to promoters to ensure that they have the necessary product knowledge and selling skills.
Work closely with Sales Trainer in identifying training needs of promoters within assigned territory and develop relevant training plans.
Closely track the promoters’ sell-out performance after the training in order to gauge promoter understanding and training effectiveness. Provide the data to Sales Training department for monitoring and improvement purposes
Execute promotions, in-store fairs and new product launch in conjunction with Sell-in Sales Specialist.
Collect sell-out data and inventory in stores, and make in-depth analysis. Propose improvement plan for each shop based on analyzed data.
Select, train and evaluate promoters in order to improve promoters’ overall job competencies.
Set up daily, weekly and monthly workings plan and execute according to plan.
Keep immediate supervisor and management up-to-date on market situation
Always adhere to company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and report to immediate Supervisor or HR on any possible violations by both internal or external parties
Qualifications:
At least3-4 years experiences in retail sales in department store.
Experience in promoter team management is preferred, particularly in premier consumer products.
Be familiar with Microsoft Office.
