Responsibilities:

1.Bring a specialized management consulting expertise to improve the bottom line performance of the company/organization

2.Documents complex business processes using a combination of diagrams and explanations.

3.Practices strong analytical skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and/or operational requirements

4.Serve as a change agent, coach, educator or facilitator within your company

5.Work within the corporate structure to resolve business issues and implement solutions in areas that include organizational effectiveness/development, strategic planning, or process improvement

Qualifications:

1.MBA degree from re-known institute with good under-graduate background

2. 5+ year of professional experience, preferably in the industrial sector

3.High energy and a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit

4.Detail oriented and exceptional analytic skill, interpersonal skill, communication skill, and presentation skill

5.Good command of English and able to communicate in English freely

6.Willingness to work in the industrial sector and ambition to be a General Manager

7.Willingness to travel and possibility of living abroad

8.Direct experience as a project manager/team leader is a plus, but not necessary
