岗位要求：
需持有中式一级烹调师证及在有效期内的健康证，并有餐饮企业三年以上工作经验，年龄不超过50周岁。
其职业标准主要包括以下几个方面：
1、专业知识和技能要求，中式烹调师需要具备扎实的中餐烹饪知识，包括食材的认识和选购、刀工技巧、调味品的搭配等方面；需要掌握中式烹调炒、煮、蒸、炖、烧等各种技法，能够熟练地操作各种厨房设备和工具。
2、卫生安全与质量控制，中式烹调师必须具备良好的食品安全和卫生意识，严格遵守食品安全法律法规和相关标准，确保所烹制的食品安全卫生；需要掌握食品储存和处理的基本原则，必须保持操作间的整洁和卫生。
3、创新和研发能力要求，中式烹调师需要具备一定的创新和研发能力，能够根据用餐的需求，研发出新的中餐菜品，需要不断学习和掌握新的烹饪技术和菜品创新理念，提高研发能力。
4、团队合作和沟通能力要求，中式烹调师在工作中需要与其他厨师和服务人员进行密切的合作，具备良好的团队合作和沟通能力，高效地完成工作任务。
5、需要一级厨师证，带证面试。
