The Validation Technical Leader is responsible for coordinating Test & Validation Engineering；activities necessary for FCE Projects (Application, Platform, Innovation, RFQ & Serial life) to deliver the full Testing & Validation deliverables at system level.

Testing & Validation Group Leader scope include:
o 61 System Requirements review;
o 61 Scheduling & Tailoring of testing activities in adequation with project lifecycle;
o 61 Define and track progress of each Project feature & requirements validation maturity;
o 61 Develop test strategy and test plan
o 61 Test resource management
o 61 Test case review and approval
o 61 Research and guidance on testing technology
o 61 Test progress management and report
o 61 Test result review and report
o 61 Test result analysis and report
o 61 Training of personnel test skills
o 61 Development of test technology (Automation Technology ,etc)
o 61 Test risk assessment and management



Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level:
Bachelor's degree (majoring in computer science)
Proficient in English

Experience:

Min 7 years’ experience in automotive area in Tiers 1 in Engineering department
Successful launch of several products in mass production
Have management experience in A-SPICE LV2 or CMMI LV5 testing process
Must have:
74 Validation & Test Knowledge (IVI, ADAS, IMS/DMS, Display, Accessories)
74 Engineering offshoring experience, ability to work with international distributed teams
74 Validation & Test methodologies for Embedded electronics product.
74 Validation & Test planning and monitoring
74 Agile methodology
74 Knowledge of economical / financial aspect (initiative, budget, reporting)
74 Test project management (plan, process, risk, cost, quality, etc.)
74 Knowledge of Test Management Tools (JIRA, PMS, etc.)
74 Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive industry in similar role
74 Advanced written and spoken English
