KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
61 Follow up with the sale lead from overseas and approach the supplier / shipper/Consignee for the booking
61 Send booking to relevant parties to check for the green light and shipping instruction
61 Proceed the booking with carrier upon the instruction
61 Coordination with local vendors and shipper for container stuffing and customs declaration
61 Close monitoring and cargo tracing
61 Timely update to overseas/client in case of any issue in local, which is at risk for shipment postpone specially
61 Full compliance on data requirement in CW1 upon KPI.
61 Full compliance on SOP requirement for the clients with special instruction
61 Full compliance on operation handling process upon IOP requirement.
61 Train and guide documentation staff during the daily working
61 Timely email reply manner (0.5 working day for local and 1 working day for overseas)
61 Good team work player and support each other when required.
61 Full implementation on new instruction or adjustment from the management team.
61 Good support to direct report leader and above during daily operation management
61 Support volume and revenue growth to meet and if possible exceed targets as set in Plan
61 Other tasks assigned by manager

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
61 College degree or above
61 Strong responsibility and good team work player
61 Fluent at oral and written English
61 5 years and above working experience in global forwarding industry
61 Self-motivated, time management, and work under pressure
61 Strong at the communication and good sense of customer service

61 Well organize Sea and Rail operation coordination
61 Support business development of domestic and overseas
