Main Job Responsibilities:
主要职责：
-Train OP, arrange work, and appraise performance;
人员培训，工作安排，绩效考核；
-Fulfil production task by plan and meet the targets of safety、quality、output、yield、productivity etc.
按生产计划完成生产任务，并达成安全、品质、产量、良率、效率等目标；
-Site management. Keep good 6S status and make all in order, such as equipments、fixtures、documents、packing materials 、finish parts、semi-parts、non-conformances、pending-on parts and so on.
生产现场管理，符合6S要求，确保现场设备、工装、文件、包材、成品、半成品、不良品、待定品等有序合理摆放；
-Control materials well with material handler together。Before work, check the material preparation is reasonable or not; In work, make sure the materials are in use reasonably; After work, check the materials to make sure the actual materials and parts are in conformance with the account in quantity.
与物料员一起做好物料管理。上班前确认物料备料是否合理，生产过程中控制物料合理使用，下班前做好物料盘点，确保物料帐物相符；
-Make around the assembly line irregularly scheduled. Require Op to keep strict discipline，know well OP’s working status, and solve it in time once find any abnormity or any potential risk.
不定期巡线，严格要求员工上班纪律，随时掌握员工工作状态，发现异常或潜在隐患及时处理；
-Key in production report, spot check process data and place production records on file.
生产报表输入，参数点检，文件归档；
-Solve abnormities in time and improve production with team continuously;
异常处理和持续改善；
-Fulfil other tasks assigned by superior;
完成上司交给的其他任务。
