Job Purpose:
The Branch Manager is responsible for formulating and implementing business strategies and total operation management within branch level. The position will have direct responsibilities in overseeing business process as well as daily general operations. Lead and manage branch team to achieve the target, maintain and grow customer base and build network and relationships, set local strategy, review team performance and ensure good service quality delivered to customers.

Responsibilities:
1. Set up, standardize, monitor and improve operating procedures for entire daily operation such as sales, operation for OF/AF/E-commerce/Supply chain (Warehousing + Distribution) etc. with the correspondence with ZLC GM and function heads.
2. Develop the strategy, metrics, programs, plans and procedures to grow local market shares.
3. Responsible for Operational KPIs and other KPIs that related to the branch.
4. Responsible for cost control, rates and contracts negotiation with carriers and other subcontractors, monitoring vendor performance locally.
5. Analyzes and evaluates territory sales plans and practices with Head of Sales and products to maximize revenue and minimize the churn ratio of the branch.
6. Evaluate and implement required business tools for ensuring effective utilization for improving business process.
7. Formulate, implement, monitor and review company strategies and provide reports and alert to ZLC GM.
8. Responsible for talents acquisition, develop KPI with team members and monitor individual performance as per assigned.
9. Responsible for communication with other function heads in result for translating business strategies into operations.

Requirements:
1. A minimum bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or the equivalent.
2. A minimum 5 years in management positions and 3 years P&L management in the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry.
3. In-depth market knowledge of the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry.
4. Interpersonal styles to create and sustain effective relationships with business partners.
5. Strong organizational, business writing and negotiation skills.
6. Excellent presentation skills and strong attention to detail.
7. Proven ability to multi-task and drive revenue from multiple accounts.
8. Excellent client and vendor relationship management.
9. Ability to communicate and write in English.
