Job Overview/ Purpose of the Role
Maintain the effectiveness and efficient of quality system
Review and update the quality system procedures and documents per internal and external requirements and opportunities
Key Responsibilities
Manages the quality system documents;
Proposes changes to update the Quality System in accordance to the requirements of the actual standards;
Issues, updates and distributes the Quality Manual;
Issues, checks and releases procedures in accordance with actual standards;
Check and approve the quality system procedures and instructions;
Elaborates and system audit planning process,
Perform periodic audits of the quality system and processes to check and maintain the degree of application and adequacy of the implemented system;
Track and verify the corrective actions resulting from system and process audits and assess their effectiveness;
Prepare and participate in system audits performed by customers or certification bodies;
Prepare and participate in management review of the quality system by distributing data and issuing the report;
Ensures compliance with regulations on the plant in compliance with customer requirements;
Actively contributes to continuous improvement of plant performance: consistently identifies opportunities and proposes solutions to eliminate waste, improve own activities and improvement of the plant.
Attends all meetings where required (daily meetings at 1,2,3 or 4, as appropriate, meeting weekly/ monthly, etc.)
Organize the LPA and track the improvement status
Follows the EHS specific requirements according to the actual procedures;
Other tasks from the higher hierarchical levels.
Comply with the safety and environment requirements and responsibilities.
Be responsible for CCC system update application, supervision and audit, check consistency, correct use of CCC mark.
Ensure to maintain the effectiveness of the CCC certificate
Qualifications (Education/ Experience/ Key Competencies)
Bachelor degrees or above, major in mechanical, electric, automation and at least 3 years quality experience in an international company in a similar position.
Good English skill.
Excellent planning, organization, prioritization and interpersonal skills
Be familiar with quality tools like QC 7 tools, FMEA, Control Plan, etc
Certified auditor of IATF 16949, ISO 19001 and VDA 6.3
Be familiar with VW’s Formel Q management system
