2. 寻访符合职位需求的候选人；
3. 整理候选人简历信息，制作推荐报告；
4. 及时跟踪回访候选人面试、入职等情况；

职位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，人力资源相关专业（条件优异者可放宽）；
2. 强烈的团队意识和协作精神，主动性和执行力强；
3. 具有较强的学习能力、愿意长期在人力资源岗位发展；
4． 沟通表达能力强，性格坚韧、抗压力强；
