This position contributes to fulfilment of commercial and sales action plan by providing various supports to sales.

Key Responsibilities：
1．Support to handle quotations requests received by inside and outside sales
2．Follow up on quotations sent, expiring, not booked
3．Support customer request follow up related to Sales team and contribute to dispute resolution
4．Assist Sales to input MID & territory info
5．Responsible for sales forecasting follow up & system update
6．Internal coordination among different agency function to solve day to day issues (rate / forecast / etc.)
7．Support Customers in the utilization of Spoton / MyPrice / etc.
8．Strictly follow CMA CGM Group and local agency compliance rule.
9. Be responsible for any other assignments as and when requested by the local Company Management or ARO/HO Management.



Required Experience & Skills：
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Shipping/Logistics related
2. 2+ years of professional experience in Shipping domain
3. Sound record within the industry, with 5+ years’ experience
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Good in English and solid computer skills including data analysis and PowerPoint presentation skills
