首要职责
Primary Function

1.负责技术支持小组向客户和各区域服务工程师提供必要的技术支持
Provide necessary technical support for field service engineers.
2.向其它部门提供必要的技术支持。
Provide necessary technical support for other departments.
3.负责同日本和新加坡技术支持团队沟通。
Communicate with Group teams in Japan and Singapore.
4.管理和建设技术资料库。
Manage and create technical database.
5.负责新机型新技术的学习和推广。
Responsible for promotion of new types machine tool.

主要任务和职责
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1.负责给各区域现场工程师必要的现场和远程技术支持。
Provide necessary technical support for field service engineers both online and offline.
2.技术资料和备品备件查询。
Query technical documents and spare parts.
3. 给客户提供必要的技术支持。
Provide necessary technical support for our customers.
4. 负责跟踪检查以及确认技术支持工作的进度和完成情况。
Track and check the technical support status.
5. 安排和执行培训工作以保证工程师能够及时的弥补自己技术的不足。
Arrange and execute training work to engineers so as to improve their lacking of skills.
6. 能够同新加坡和日本相关人员一起弄清技术要点，掌握技术知识和完善维修和调查方法。
Figure out key points and improve maintenance and survey methods
7. 技术资料和相关文件的管理。
Manage technical database and related documents.
8. 根据机床故障的实际需要准备必要的库存备品备件。
Prepare necessary spare parts according to actual machine tool situations.
9. 执行公司分配的其它任务 。
Other related work.

职位描述
Position Specification
教育背景： 机械/电气专业本科学历。
Education background: Bachelor degree and above in mechanical/electrical engineering.
工作经验： 3年以上机床行业经验。
Working Experience: 3 years and above working experience in machine tool industry.
工作中有一定数量的技术总结成果。
Accumulated several technical summary.
有推动或独立处理过跨部门项目经验。
Have experience in promoting or independently handling cross-functional projects.
职位要求： 良好的中英文或者中日文交流能力。
Requirements: Good command of language skills in English or Japanese.
能深刻理解英文或日文手册，技术资料
Have a deep understanding of English or Japanese manuals and technical materials.
良好的沟通和推动问题处理能力。
Good command of communication skills and promotion ability to solve problems.
扎实的机械/电气理论知识，良好的逻辑分析能力。
Solid mechanical/electrical theoretical knowledge, good logical analysis ability.
具备良好的机械/电气识图能力。
Good command of reading drawings both in mechanical and electrical fields.
