Position: District Sales Manager, Aesthetics
Location: Chongqing, China
Job Description
To drive growth by defining Aesthetic area marketing strategy regional wise, planning and tracking the strategy execution and tactics from the consumer behavior, consumer insights and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
? In line with product strategy & objectives and assigned cycle or annual goals, to develop tactics adapted to own district/ territory and translate them into a specific action plan.
? Drive reps team to achieve or exceed cycle or annual sales targets through implementation of the district action plan with allocated resource, promotion guidelines and company policy.
? Reports planning, collecting and follow up; Budget planning and controlling.
? Regular meeting of the district and visiting Key Customers.
? Monitor, motivate and coach sales reps team.
? Follow up / manage district sales & Reps sales performance.
Skills & Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree or above, Medical/Pharmaceutical/Biological and related background is preferred.
? Preferably with above 10 years of work experience in sales of Pharmaceutical/Medical device industry. At least 3 years District manager position experience. Good knowledge of pharmacy market context.
? Successful personal and team sales record. Ability to work in a matrix organization-team player(sales, medical and marketing).
? Good coordination and project management skills, Excellent presentation and communication skills, Market sensitivity and analysis ability, Motivation & Develop Others, Good interpersonal skills.
