工作职责：
1、全程参与电池产品实现全流程，具有产品概念、商业可行性、产品上线的经历；
2、主导电池产品的上线时间，提升产品竞争力，优化产品成本和质量，能对产品商业成功负责。
3、调研相关领域的发展趋势，收集市场信息，开展用户研究，分析跟踪竞争对手，规划定义有市场竞争力的产品，并对产品进行迭代。
4、分析跟踪产品上市后的客户反馈，持续改善用户体验；
5. 配合市场团队，提供产品相关信息和竞争对手信息，配合完成新产品GTM策略制定、资料准备、运营推广等工作；
6、完成相关品类供应商地图，参与对供应商导入的评估，以及对供应商持续的管理。


任职要求：
1.专科及以上学历，理工类专业，电学类专业优先；
2.2年以上产品管理经验， 有pack产品实现全流程经验；
3. 在产品端有成熟的用户和市场分析的方法论，有成功的案例；
4. 有新品开发能力，（挖掘市场，定义产品，实现产品）

上班时间：做五休二，9:00-12:00 13:30-18:00 弹性工作时间
福利：六险一金、公积金基数为固定月薪，比例为5% ，深圳医疗一档。

History
2003
SIEKON GROUP was founded in Zhejiang, China, by Wenyong Yu, who developed the
state of the art 3 in 1 electrical driving system.
2009
Completed independent research and development of BMS and lithium battery.
2017
Passed CE certification and launched the first energy storage project.
2018
Passed ISO9001 and then delivered more batches of energy storage lithium
batteries to 10+countries.
2020
Expanded field of the company, improved energy storage and increased production of
lithium battery packs.
2022
SIEKON ENERGY was founded, completed research and development of photovoltaic
grid-connected solutions and entered the field of home optical storage system.
