Job Summary:
Customer maintenance through various sales support activities.
Duties & Responsibilities
Specific duties including, but not restricted to :
? Managing and enhancing customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth
? Deliver top customer service, by exceeding our customers’ expectations
? Answer all customer/overseas e-mails/faxes overnight(same day reply), with professional reply
? Communicate with overseas offices, agents concerning sales and new orders
? Handle orders for customers
? Stay up-to-date on industry related issues and rate levels
? Issue professional looking quotations/documents
? Update customer’s information in the EDI Enterprise
? Work closely with the other department and provide full support on customers’ issue
? Aware/follow of credit control procedures
? Follow the superior's instructions and implement policies
? Report any special occasions to a superior on time
? Any other duties as assigned from time to time
? Assistant KAM to deal with import business.
? Cooperated with overseas team to solve issue when it happens.
? Checking CW1 quality per week
? Quotation for each inquiry
Skills & Educational Requirements:
? Bachelor’s Degree in logistics management or related disciplines
? Minimum 5 years working experience in logistics/freight forwarder industry, global company is priority.
? Customer driven mind-set, good telephone manner with proficiency communication skills
? Able to communicate effectively in English & Mandarin, both verbally and in written，CET4 or above.
? Knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel software
Inter Relationships:
Highly interactive with customers and internal staff
Working conditions:
Flexible hours required occasionally.

Willing to learn, Hard-working, punctual, organized, team play spirit, able to give feedback to Superior & Management. Ability to perform a variety of tasks, often with short notice
