岗位职责：
1.根据业务发展需要和阶段，推动并帮助业务部门的团队管理和人才发展，提供有效的HR解决方案，从而支持业务的目标达成；
2.协助管理层进行人才建设和组织建设，推动组织效能持续提升，推动人才发展体系不断完善，确保公司战略、文化、管理理念的落地；
3.协助业务部门管理者开展团队建设、企业文化建设、内部激励，提高团队凝聚力，不断提升团队工作效能，并针对执行结果进行有效反馈和改进；
4.主导或参与人力资源各项目的实施落地。


岗位要求：
1.本科以上学历，互联网行业领先企业工作背景优先；
2.各个职能模块均有较深入的认识，在BP和OD领域有丰富经验，注重方法论和工具的沉淀；
3.追求成长和进步，思维清晰，有全局观；
4.具有极强的责任心、统筹规划和影响力，能独立解决复杂的人力资源以及人事管理实际问题

History
2003
SIEKON GROUP was founded in Zhejiang, China, by Wenyong Yu, who developed the
state of the art 3 in 1 electrical driving system.
2009
Completed independent research and development of BMS and lithium battery.
2017
Passed CE certification and launched the first energy storage project.
2018
Passed ISO9001 and then delivered more batches of energy storage lithium
batteries to 10+countries.
2020
Expanded field of the company, improved energy storage and increased production of
lithium battery packs.
2022
SIEKON ENERGY was founded, completed research and development of photovoltaic
grid-connected solutions and entered the field of home optical storage system.
