Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the company's talent recruitment plan, including job posting, candidate screening, interview evaluation, hiring, and onboarding;
2. Manage the company's employee relations, including providing employee support, handling employee complaints, and assisting in resolving employee issues;
3. Design and implement employee training and development plans to improve employee skills and performance;
4. Track and analyze employee performance and turnover, and make relevant recommendations and improvement measures.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in human resources management, business management, psychology, or related fields preferred;
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in human resources management, with experience in global talent recruitment and management preferred;
3. Familiar with labor laws and regulations and employee relationship management, with good problem-solving and communication skills;
4. Strong cross-cultural communication and coordination skills, proficient in spoken and written English;
5. Innovative thinking and team spirit, able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
