Lead subordinates at all levels to fulfill quality requirements and achieve departmental quality objectives
主要任务和职责
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. 主导品质计划的推进，并保证结果达到要求；
Take ownership of the quality programme and ensure that the results meet the requirements;
2．对制程产品的品质进行跟踪控制，对生产过程中的质量问题进行妥善处理，负责来料、过程、成品的检验计划安排；
Tracking and controlling the quality of process products, dealing with quality problems in the production process appropriately, responsible for incoming material, process and finished product inspection plan arrangement;
3. 负责供应商的质量管理工作。对来料质量进行分析，对供应商提出改善建议，审核供方的质量保证能力；
Responsible for quality management of suppliers. Analyse the quality of incoming materials, suggest improvements to suppliers and audit the quality assurance capability of suppliers;
4. 负责协助质量经理开展公司质量管理体系及质量部全面管理工作；主导质量管理体系的认证、内审、管理评审等工作；
Responsible for assisting the quality manager to carry out the company's quality management system and the overall management of the quality department; leading the quality management system certification, internal audit, management review and other work;
5．负责提高员工品质技能，给相关人员做系统专业培训；
Responsible for improving the quality skills of employees and giving systematic and professional training to relevant personnel;
6．监督并审核各项报表和看板的填写情况，定期组织品质会议，提供并汇总每月管理会议的数据；
Oversee and review the completion of reports and kanban boards, organise regular quality meetings, provide and summarise data from monthly management meetings;
7. 推进品质改善活动，记录分析机床故障并提出改善建议，达成年度,季度及每月的质量指标；
Promote quality improvement activities, record and analyse machine failures and make recommendations for improvement to achieve annual, quarterly and monthly quality targets;
8. 执行公司分配的其它工作任务;
Perform other tasks assigned by the company.
Position Specification
教育背景：

大专及以上学历，机械/数控机电一体化专业
Diploma or above degree, major in Mechanical engineering or equivalent engineering courses
工作经验:

5年以上机床行业质量管理经验
At least 5 Years of engineering experience Handling CNC Machines
3年以上相关管理经验, 有外企工作经验更佳
At least 3 Years management experience in similar industry， experience in foreign company is better.
熟悉机械制造/数控行业质量体系;了解产品工艺流程;熟悉运用质量管理工具及方法;
Familiar with the quality system of machinery manufacturing / CNC industry; understand the product process flow; familiar with the use of quality management tools and methods.
英语可以作为工作语言( 英语口语及书写)
English could be used as working language. (both oral English and written English)
