Job Duty & Responsibility
Assist to build up and optimize SOP/WI together with supervisor team member systematically
Audit internal process to follow standard and technical requirement
As development of product structure and production business, studying and introduce modern manufacturing process to meet the requests of cost and productivity.
According to current processing capability of machine tools, designing special tools and jigs to develop productivity and decrease process costs.
Participate in daily management of workshop equipment, such as check list, AM improvement, etc.
As development of product structure and production business, cooperating with equipment engineers to complete equipment capability developing projects. The contents include but not limited in- technology solution, resourcing development and project management.

Job Requirement & Qualification
· Bachelor
· More than 1 year experiences in chemical, machining and mechanical engineering industry.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work, communicate and collaborate within a developing organization.
· Excellent proficiency with ERP system also MS software and database management systems.
· English in both writing and speaking.
