工作职责:
Provide advice to healthcare laws and regulations applicable to the research and development and the commercialization of Nuance’s drug candidates in greater china;

Provide advice on healthcare regulatory matters across business functions, including commercial and R&D;

Draft, review, negotiate and manage a wide variety of contracts (including confidentiality, consulting, service, research, collaboration, and other related agreements); develop and update contract templates;

Identify, assess and proactively support the prevention and management of legal risks;

Assist with implementing contracts policies and procedures, contract management tools adopted by the Legal Department;

Complete special projects such as supporting department-wide or company-wide initiatives, as requested
Other works assigned by the supervisor.

任职资格:
At least 3-5 years of experience as legal professional in multinational companies of life sciences industry/law firms, prior experience supporting R&D functions preferred;

Prior in-house experience as a member of a legal department in a biotechnology or pharmaceuticals company preferred;

Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills;

Working knowledge of pharmaceutical, privacy and other relevant laws and regulations and ability to interpret and apply such laws and regulations and policies to inform business activities;

A demonstrated ability to collaborate, as well as to work independently, balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a high level of professionalism;

Highly effective communication skills (both verbal and written), team player and able to build relationships both internally and externally;

Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information using excellent discretion and judgment;

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently and be reliable and responsive;

Ability to be flexible and willing to accept new responsibilities as needed;

Fluent in English and Chinese (both verbal and written).
