职责描述:
1.国内采购:
Domestic Procurement:
1.1 负责本地化采购,主要面向铝型材;
Responsible for local purchasing, mainly for aluminum profiles;
1.2 制订采购订单并且进行跟踪,管理定期账户;
Work out purchasing order and follow up, manage regular accounts;
1.3 根据材料交付时间表来安排运输;
Manage transportation according to material delivery schedule;
1.4 所购买材料的成本分析;
Cost analysis for purchased material;
2.国际采购:
International Procurement:
2.1 根据销售订单和计划需求给德国总部下采购订单,包括特殊物料的询价;
Release purchase order to HQ according to sales order and plan needs, including special material inquiry;
2.2 根据货代预报更新发货通知,并确保发货通知明细的完整性及准确性;
Update delivery release according to forecast, and ensure the integrity and accuracy of goods delivery;
2.3 与海运进口货代协调船期,船期延误的投诉及赔偿;
Coordinate sail schedule with shipping company, shipment delay complaints and compensation;
2.4 跟踪空运进口预报的及时性及准确性;
Track air import forecast accuracy and timeliness;
2.5 与进口代理协调进口事宜;
Coordinate import matters with import agent;
2.6 准备出口报关文件;
Prepare export declaration documents;
2.7 每月底货代费用对账及请款;
Account check and request payout by the end of every month;
2.8 每月底入库货物的财务对账及空运费分摊;
Financial reconciliation and share the air freight fee of goods which into the warehouse by the end of every month;
2.9 空运费成本分析,优化物流供应链,节约采购成本;
Cost analysis for air freight fee, optimization of logistics supply chain and save procurement cost;
3.监督整个订单执行流程,跟踪协调交期以及短装、质量问题的投诉;
Supervise the whole process of order execution, tracking coordinate delivery and shorts, quality complaints;
4.维护更新SBS系统,及时更新订单交期变更并通知合同执行管理员工;
Update the SBS system maintenance and update order delivery changes and inform the Customer Service Administrators;
5.完成供应链总监安排的其他工作。

任职要求:
1.本科或以上学历,主修商务或贸易或相关专业;
Bachelor Degree or above, major in Business or Trade or comparable;
2.熟悉进出口贸易流程(国际采购);
Be familiar with import and export trade process (International Procurement);
3.了解金属行业的业务优先考虑;
Knowledge of metal industry business will be preferred;
4.具有ERP系统经验者更佳;
Experience in ERP system will be preferred;
5.诚实,勤奋,仔细,有抗压能力;
Honest, diligent, careful and able to work under pressure;
6.有一定的英语能力,大学英语6级或同等水平,会德语优先。
Good at English, CET 6 or equivalent level, command of German is a plus.
