职位描述
Job descriptions:
1. Assess current maturity of our supply chain and after 90 days develop a roadmap from “as is” to “to be” of our subcontracting strategy and business partnering model focusing on how to achieve the following:
A) Significantly consolidate spend in key partners, “ISS preferred vendors”.
B) Standardize the costing methodology of our subcontractors while securing profitable and competitive deals.
C) Identify the right set of partners we want to work in the next 3 years to become ISS’ “extended arm”, delivering meaningful service products and operational efficiencies to ISS’ key account customers, together with and on behalf of ISS.
2. Develop a clear framework and alignment within the organization on how to deploy the subcontracting strategy and execute the plan. Work with the Subcontracting Procurement (Reporting to you) team to ensure execution of the strategy in the day-to-day operations.
3. Localize our Global business partnering framework into a practical program focused on communicating data through insights that can influence decision-making, developing a bidding pipeline of key account specific projects, execute the projects together with subcontracting procurement team ensuring collaboration with the business units to maximize their profit, lowering their risk, increasing quality while ensuring their alignment to the overall ISS Group Supply Chain Strategy.
4. Estimate risk and apply risk minimizing strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 4-6 years’ experience as a sourcing manager, project manager or strategic consultant.
2. Comfortable with figures, collecting, analyzing and interpreting data. Ideally experience in creating an analyzing business case.
3. Track records on commercial bid supports and innovative projects success
4. Lean / six sigma or similar operational efficiency improvement techniques.
5. Ability to work under pressure and with multiple stakeholders is a key skill for this position.
6. Proficient communication in English and Mandarin in both written and spoken forms.
7. Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management related processes and ware (e-Sourcing SAP, Ariba or others).
8. Strong project management skills and leadership skills.
9. Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships.
