工作职责：
1.负责产业园区的招商和运营工作，落实公司经营战略，并整体管控所辖项目团队；
2.负责制定并实施园区的招商、运营方案，研究、制定和实施园区的年度经营计划，并确保园区年度运营指标及运营效益；
3.建立健全园区服务团队的管理机制，包括内部人员架构、业务流程和各项规章制度，并及时进行结构和流程的优化调整；
4.运用信息、网络等现代技术构建园区公共技术服务平台，整合各类科研机构、高校、实验室以及产业联盟、行业协会等社会科技中介机构的科研资源，向园区创新创业企业提供公共技术服务；
5.负责产业园物业运营人员队伍建设，做好业务指导、培训与考核工作，具有项目申报、活动策划实施经验；
6.负责产业项目的政策对接、政策与资金申请；
7.负责园区日常运营管理工作，并做好产业园重要来宾的接待安排及重要会议的组织工作。


任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历，专业不限;
2.8年以上相关工作经验，至少5年以上产业地产管理工作经验，能接受出差;
3.具有产业园区的运营管理工作经验，对园区运营服务工作有较深刻的理解和认识，懂企业经营的核心理念和企业发展的关键要素，熟悉产业园的运作规律和流程;
4.熟悉政府职能，相关政策法律法规，具有较强的资源整合能力和创新精神;
5.有一定的团队管理能力，优秀的分析问题、解决问题和语言表达能力；
6.具有孵化器项目运作经验及一定企业/商业客户资源的优先;
7.高度的市场意识和创新精神，较高的商务谈判技巧，善于团队合作。
