We’re looking for a HR Business Partner to join the team to build a People Plan for defined business areas in order to enable the delivery of objectives.

The Role

You’ll be coaching, supporting and influencing stakeholders, ensuring the implementation of the talent processes, as well as up-skilling line managers and managing performance. You’ll also be championing key HR initiatives and managing employee relation issues, taking a commercial and pragmatic approach to find solutions.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to:

·         Have demonstrable experience influencing stakeholders.

·         Have experience as a People Partner / HR Business Partner / Talent Partner.

·         Be proficient in the MS suite and HR systems e.g. Cornerstone.

·         Have experience in delivering work and projects in complex environments with an ability to simplify that complexity to deliver positive outcomes

·         Have great communication skills.
