1. Review & manage team's individual KPI.

2. Provide support to Manager/Supervisor to review monthly KPI reports.

3. Manage and provide timely resolution of issues with various stakeholders.

4. Provide analysis on business process e.g. Internal KPI, Process improvement initiatives.

5. Provide training to team (existing staff) & new hire.

6. Ensure compliance to CEVA Policies.

  7. Any other ad-hoc task requirements assigned.

任职要求：

1. Bachelor and above, major in Accounting/Finance.

2. Above 4-6 years and above related working experience is preferred.

3. Basic knowledge of shipping or logistics industry is an advantage is preferred. Experience in a Shared Service Centre is an advantage.

4. Good English– writing & speaking skills, Proficient with Microsoft applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.). Knowledge of SAP system is preferred.

5. Integrity with a deep sense of trust and have a strong responsibility to assigned tasks.

6. Meticulous enough to complete tasks with minimal margin for error.

7. Be customer focused with a strong sense of urgency.

8. Ability to learn new knowledge and skills very quickly.
