Main Responsibilities

主要工作职责：

- Set up and maintain hiring channels upon different employee type and feature.

根据员工的不同类型和特征，建立并维护各种招聘渠道

- Coordinate JD developing and post in suitable channels internally and externally.

协调职位说明书的编写，通过适合的内外部渠道进行发布

- Search and screen potential candidates, handle initial recommendation for hiring department.

搜索和筛选潜在侯选人，为用人部门推荐初步筛选合格的侯选人

- Coordinate interview/assessment process.

协调面试及评估流程

- Handle campus programs execution with strong capability to track whole operation process

负责校招项目的执行，具有较强的跟踪整个运营过程的能力

- Maintain and renew recruitment process and policy, and provide guidelines to hiring departments in implementation

维护及更新招聘流程与政策，并在执行过程中为用人部门提供指引

- Complete HR Recruitment Reports, keep data in timeliness and accuracy.

完成人力资源部门的各种招聘报表，保证数据的及时性和准确性

- Employee Engagement activities organization，including WeChat, Newsletter draft etc.

员工活动的组织，包括微信，Newsletter的起草

- Provide HR related service & supports aligned with the business requirement

根据业务的需求提供人力资源相关的服务和支持

- Follow up other assignments from HRM

完成人力资源经理安排的其他工作

Qualifications ：

任职资格：

- Bachelor degree, at least 3 years of recruitment experience.

本科及以上学历，至少三年以上招聘相关工作经验

- More than ５ years working experience in MNCs, experience as HR specialist in recruitment or HR analytics etc

５年以上跨国企业工作经历，有招聘或人力资源分析相关经验

- People oriented and strong customer service mind

以人为本，有较强的客户服务意识

- Ability to evaluate, analyse and resolve complex problems

有能力评估、分析及解决复杂问题

- Good interpersonal skill, communication skill and facilitation skill

良好的人际交往技能、沟通及推动技能

- Familiar with PRC and local labor market and law

熟悉本地的劳动力市场及国家的相关法律法规

- Good command of English and computer

良好的英语和计算机技能
