-Setup injection machine, tool and auxiliary equipment according to injection moulding process data sheet and related work instructions.

依据注塑成型工艺参数表和相关作业指导书开机。

-Check and keep the injection machine and auxiliary equipments running in normal status;

检查并确保机器运行正常。

-Optimize process to improve the quality/output in spec permitted;

在允许的范围内优化制程，改善产品品质和产出。

-Do quality inspection of parts in process and improve it if there is quality issue;

在线抽查产品品质，改善品质异常。

-Fill all related production records with TS and customer’s requirements;

按照TS要求和客户要求填写要求的相关生产记录。

-The responsibility of daily tool maintenance and preventive actions for tool safety;

负责日常模具维护，采取预防措施，预防模具损坏。

-Be responsible for machine 6S, three shifts a day ;

负责责任区机台的6S，三班倒。

-Maintain degas bottle line which include molding、hot-plate welding and leakage testing.

维护水壶生产线的生产，包括水壶注塑、热板焊接和泄露测试。 

-Participate in doing new tool try out and setting process data;

参与新项目试模和参数设定。

-For senior, responsible for other technicians instruction in shift and difficult technique issue solving.

对于高级技术员，负责指导本班其他技术员并负责解决较难的技术问题。

- Push automation for manpower reduction and study and put into use new technology.

推动自动化，节省人力，研究新技术并投入应用；

- Fullfil other tasks assigned by senior.

完成上司安排的其他工作。

Requirement：

任职要求：

- senior high school or above.

高中及以上学历。

- Good command of excel, powerpoint, word etc.

良好的办公软件使用能力。

- Be familiar with injection, blow molding process，2-3 years related working experience.

熟悉注塑以及吹塑工艺，2-3年及以上相关工作经验。

- Knowledge of tool structure/plastic material processing character/injection moulding process/machine operation/robot program/moulding parts quality;

具备模具结构、塑胶加工特性、注塑工艺、注塑设备操作、机械手编程和注塑产品品质等方面的知识。

- Be good at process parameter opimization and daily tool maintenance to meet the quality standard;

必须擅长工艺优化和模具日常维护，使产品符合品质标准要求。

- Skilled in tooling mounting and train operation.

 架模及行车操作熟练。
