职位描述
The main missions of the role are:
HR Function:
1. Assit the Manager to formulate and perform Human Resources Management and Administrative Regualtions, work flow and business forms; formulate and implement human resources and administrative aims, objectives and budget, including resources allocation, salary and benefits, recruitment, performance management, employee communication, administrative management; ensure to support the company to achieve its goal effectively;
协助上级建立健全人力资源及行政管理制度、工作流程、业务表单等,制定实施人力资源及行政的目标、计划及预算,包括资源配置、工资福利、招聘、业绩管理、员工沟通、行政管理等,确保有效支持公司目标的实现;
2. Work as the HR system attendance administrator, responsible for the proper attendance functioning of the HR system. In charge of the implementation of the attendance procedures.
担任HR系统考勤管理员角色,负责整个系统的正常运作;负责执行考勤处理;
3. In charge of the management of employee insurance (accident insurance) and physical examination matters, working injury matters and birth insurance reimbursement;
负责员工商业保险(意外伤害险)、员工体检、工伤事宜、生育报销等事宜;
4. Assist on implementation of Annual Training Plan including cross-check of training needs, survey before the training, curriculum design, training program implementation, training feedback and assessment, training effects follow-up, training report, ensure training effects;
协助组织落实年度培训计划,包括培训需求再确认、培训前调研、课程设计、培训实施、培训反馈及评估、培训后跟踪、培训报告等,确保培训效果;
5. Assist on establishing and maintaining training document system, reporting the training conditions to the manager regularly, responsible for the daily statistical work of training, and reporting the related statement to the manager regularly, monitoring the training target fulfilling.
协助建立并维护培训文件管理体系,定期向上级汇报培训状况,负责公司日常培训统计工作,定期上报相关培训统计报表,监控各项培训指标的完成情况;
6. Assist on the people development projects, like seminar programs, leadership programs, core talent programs, university-enterprise cooperation, apprenticeship programs;
协助人才储备及发展项目的协调、跟进,如研讨会计划、领导力计划、核心人才计划、校企合作、学徒计划等项目;
7. Assist on the coordination when the requirement from internal/extenal audit;
协助内审、外审的配合工作;
Admin Function:
1. Implement the administrative work, assis the Manager to establish and maintain the relationship with Government.
执行公司行政外联工作,协助上级建立、维护好行政管理机构的行政关系。
2. In charge of the plan of admin cost, control and monitor office cost, fulfill the administrative cost report.
负责办公费用的计划、办公成本的控制及监督、行政费用的报销、统计及报表;
3. In charge of plant planning, environment and property management. In charge of supplier management.
负责工厂规划、办公环境及物业管理;负责行政类供应商管理;
4. In charge of the management and report of the staff canteen, staff meal and staff meal card.
负责员工食堂、员工餐及员工餐卡管理;
5. In charge of the management of company car and rental business car. In charge of the travel management.
负责公司自有车辆以及公司商务租车管理,负责员工差旅管理;
6. In charge of organizing, coordinating the company-level acttivities, meetings, round-table meetings, various kinds of employee activities, such as annual party, birthday party and employee travelling; In charge of supporting the group projects locally, in charge of creating and maintaining the good company culture.
负责组织、协调公司层面大型活动、会议、圆桌会议,组织策划年会、员工生日会、员工旅游等各类员工活动,负责集团项目在当地的支持,负责建设公司企业文化;
7. In charge of department purchasing. In charge of company keys, department fixed assets, storage management.
负责部门年度及日常采购,负责管理行政部门的固定资产、行政库房以及工厂钥匙管理,负责相关统计及报表;
8. Coordinate and monitor administrative activities in reception area and conference room.
协调和监管接待区和会议室的行政活动;
9. Applying Company magazine & newspaper & notice board management. In charge of file archiving.
负责公司报刊杂志以及宣传栏的管理;负责行政类文档存档管理;
10. In charge of applying visa for company high-level management.
负责公司高层管理人员出国签证的办理事宜;
11. Fulfill other work assigned by the Manager.
完成上级交办的其它工作事项。
Basic requirement:
- Bachelor Degree, Major in English or business administration.
本科学历,英语专业或管理类专业
- Good command of English both in written and spoken.
良好的书面和口头英语表达能力
- Good command of PC skills, especially Microsoft office Software .
良好的计算机应用能力, 尤其擅长office 办公软件
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
良好的人际交往能力
- Optimization and prioritization of tasks.
优化和合理安排工作任务
- Detail and result oriented. Detailed and down-to-earth attitude.

- At least 2 years relevant working experience in MNC.
