1.大专及以上学历，5年以上培训岗位工作经验；

2.具有优秀的书面、口头表达能力、沟通领悟能力以及极好的亲和力与服务意识；

3.能熟练使用office等电脑办公软件；

4.独立完成培训PPT制作及演讲，有服饰鞋帽培训经验优先考虑；

5.有强烈的责任感及敬业精神，能承受较大的工作压力。

岗位职责：

1.负责企业员工培训需求的调查与分析，协助制定年度、季度、月度培训计划；

2.协助培训组织与实施，培训人员及场地的安排与协调，培训资料准备及发放；

3.独立授课（课堂式和店铺带教）；

4.组织培训效果跟进与反馈；

5.培训资料归档及统计相关数据，维护和更新培训档案系统；

6.完成上级交代的其它事务性工作；
