Responsibilities:

 

• Manages and lead project deployment involving one or more functions and project teams to drive implementation and track progress, against the defined project goals and established plan.
• Makes decisions to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet customer requirements and development schedule.
• Meets or exceeds the approved targets.
• Manages mid to upper level stakeholder relationships.
• Communicates project progress, escalations, and issue analysis to key stakeholders.
• Collaborates with Business and Internal partners to implement changes to program plan to resolve escalated issues
• Drive program and quality capability assessment and improvement through application of six sigma DMAIC and LEAN principles.
• Ensure a KPI and measurement system is in place representing both customer effectiveness and efficiency requirements, with control plans.
• Develop innovative ideas and alternatives to be cost competitive and customer focus.

Reqirements:

Fluent Mandarin and English is must. 

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• In-depth knowledge and experience utilizing structured project management methodology; PMP Certification preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Ability to work with a minimum of direct supervision or guidance from others
• Demonstrated business analysis skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with remote and virtual teams
• Strong data modeling, big data analysis skills is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Power Point
