职位描述
Responsibility:
The establishment and maintenance of the Quality System that satisfies the company objectives;
Promoting an understanding of the Company's Quality Policy throughout all Levels of the organization;
Review and approve the inspection and test procedures to ensure compliance to applicable quality requirements;
Maintain control of the quality on the inprocess operations by establishing inspection stations in optimum positions and by use of appropriate inspection standards, control charts, etc;
Establish and maintain calibration system to ensure tests and measurements equipment used meets the measurement standards;
Inspection of in-process and finished products and retain final authorization for the disposition of non-conforming product. The record of non-conformance shall be maintained;
Stop any operation, production line, or shipment of product, if the quality of the product warrants such action; Conduct ELSS implement in the plant and achieve to the cost out goal;
Ensure Eaton quality police and object was be implement in the plant;
Promote and implement LEAN project.
Qualification:
BS and above , good English in oral and writing;
5 years relation experience and 2 years as manager (machine industry is prefer);
Be familiar with Quality system or Tools, like ISO9001-2000, Lean, Six Sigma;
Good communication skill and leadership.
