This role is responsible for growing business users and revenue for our small business products through a wide range of channels including organic and paid campaigns, both on and off short-video platform.
1. Own the strategy and execution of global growth marketing campaigns that drive adoption and engagement of short-video platform's SMB products.
2. Partner with growth product teams to develop performance-driven growth efforts.
3. Work closely with the data science team to conduct experiments, evaluate results, and build new features to improve the conversion funnel.
4. Continuously drive innovation and experiment with new marketing channels, tools, and creatives.
5. Partner with product team to develop and improve our internal campaign management platform.
职位要求:
1. BA/BS degree
2. 2+ years in managing large scale campaigns across a diversified channels (paid, organic, web, social media, influence marketing, etc)
3. Deep understanding of growth & optimization, best practices such as A/B testing
4. People management experience with an experience building out teams
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience with growth efforts in international markets.
2. Experience in SMB marketing, video marketing and vertical (eComm, local, etc) audience marketing.
