岗位职责:

1. Demand Forecast

Forecast 12 months rolling demand for each location, based on budget and input from SDU & US team. Continuously improve the accuracy of the forecast by refining processes & algorithms. Support SDU & US team to improve the forecast capabilities.
2. Talent & New Client Allocation

Proactively identify recruiting gaps & spikes in the following 12 months and collaboratively design solutions to ensure ample talent supply while balancing cost & unbilled rate (e.g. load balance, staff sharing platform, etc.).
Establish guidance and processes to match the right talent to the right need, in the right location at the right time.
Plan and maintain new client pipeline, assign new clients based on office strategy and teams’ capability & readiness.
3. Collaboration with TA, SDU & US Team

Effectively bridge talent supply related information across TA, SDU & US team for quicker and smarter decisions.
Optimize processes to improve the effectiveness & satisfaction of RM, TA & SDU team.
4. Project Management

Stay well informed of corporate goals and strategies, plan and execute the assigned department and/or company level projects, and oversee the progress to ensure the project plans are on track to realize department and corporate goals and strategies.
5. Team Development

Provide coaching to less experienced staff to be effective in areas of supply chain management, data analysis, project planning and execution, etc.
Design and monitor key performance metrics.

任职资格:

Bachelor degree or above
5+ years, including 3+ years related experience
Good written and oral English
Excellent skills in planning and project management
Strong skills in problem solving and decision making, as well as think laterally and offer solutions
Excellent communication skills
Excellent influencing and relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams, China, India & US
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Technical skills in analysis, statistics and report development
