Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for negotiating with customers, receiving booking, arranging booking, transportation, cargo tracking, customs declaration, settlement and etc

负责与客户洽谈，接收订舱以及安排订舱、运输、货物跟踪、报关、结算等事宜

2. Make B/L and other related documents, be responsible for the entry of receivable and payable expenses, and arrange the booking and release

制作海运单证及其它相关文件，负责录入应收应付费用，安排订舱放舱事宜

3. Sorting and filing of documents and documents

单证及文件的整理及归档等

4. Handling customer complaints and disputes and other related work assigned by the superior

客户投诉、纠纷的处理及上级交办的其他相关工作

5. Other work contents arranged by leaders

领导安排的其他工作内容

Qualifications:

1、College degree or above, import and export trade, logistics and other related majors preferred

专科及以上学历，进出口贸易、物流等相关专业优先

2、More than 1 year working experience in freight forwarding related field

1年以上货运代理相关领域业务工作经验

3、Familiar with document operation of multiple routes, with knowledge of documents, freight forwarding, transportation and certain import and export trade

熟悉多条航线文件操作，具备单证、货代、运输及一定进出口贸易知识

4、Good English and computer skills

英文熟练，电脑操作熟练

5、Careful work, strong sense of responsibility, strong sense of service and team spirit 

工作细心，责任心强，具有较强的服务意识和团队精神
