Job Descriptions:

    

Research Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing and testing software to integrate various system modules to serve data analytics results. The engineer must have good hands-on experience to work on data analysis projects. The person will work with Machine Learning and Deep Learning tools to port the algorithms to the backend systems and cloud infrastructures. He/she must work with team members to participate in the design, implementation, integration and testing of software modules.

    

He/she will participate in projects/ POCs in Public Safety, Commercial, HealthCare, Transport domain and carry out important work that will impact the well-being of the general public. He/she must ensure that the developed system built in the center meets the design specification, and proper data management procedure is being followed.

    

    

Job Requirements:

• Expected Experience: 3+ years of experience in related field.
• Education background/ experience required: B.Eng. and above in Electrical, Electronic, Computer Engineering.
• Specific Knowledge & Skills: Proficient in Python, Java, C, or C++ Programming languages
• Proficient in Machine Learning and Deep Learning platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch
• Experienced in in big data systems such as Elasticsearch, Hadoop.
• Experienced in software architecture, design, and implementation, cloud computing and docker container.
• Familiar with Linux OS in addition to Windows.
• Able to work cooperatively with cross-functional team, including research scientists, engineers as well as non-technical stakeholders.
