2.结合本土市场的特点，建议、更新、升级有关产品的介绍PPT；
Update the production introduction PPT according to local market, with the presentations calibration, localization and distribution;
3.中国市场产品开发趋势 (Annual report as general guidance for R&D CN)；
Development trend CN (Annual report as general guidance for R&D CN);
4.市场及竞品信息收集及分析；
Market and competitive products information collection and analysis;
5.产品研发建议：
Development proposals
？研究分享内部产品资源；
Internal product resources analysis;
？汇总分析区域产品开发建议；
Analysis on Regional sales teams’ proposals;
？竞品发展分析；
Competitive products analysis;
6.各销售区域项目产品方案的管理；
Regional Project Solutions Management;
7.产品开发支持配合技术部，工程部及物流采购部，代表销售团队涉及以下支持辅助工作：
Development supports to Technical, Engineering, and Logistics Department. Support the following work on behalf of Sales Department:

Other duties assigned by Deputy General Manager.

任职要求:
1.工科学士学位或以上；
Mechanics Bachelor Degree or above;
2.至少5年门窗行业经验，从事过系统门窗技术、产品设计工作经验优先
Minimum 5 years’ experience for Alu Window and Door industry, experience for design and product development preferred
3.门窗设计相关软件运用熟练；
Proficiency for related software of W&D design;
4.相关产品开发管理软件熟练；
Proficiency for software of product management preferred;
5.有一定的销售及市场经验；
Some experience of sales and marketing;
6.勤劳、思维敏捷、学习能力强、喜欢创新；
Diligent, agile, ability to learn and nature of innovation;
7.良好的沟通能力和团队精神；
Good command of communication and team worker;
8.可以出差。
Able to travel.
