岗位职责

1、负责招聘和人才配置优化等工作，保障骨干员工的稳定性；

2、负责招聘渠道选择、招聘体系搭建、招聘流程及制度优化、招聘执行情况检查，满足公司的人才需求；

3、负责公司薪酬管理：确保薪酬的合理性和激励效果；

4、负责公司劳动关系管理：做好人员流动率的控制与劳资关系、纠纷的预见与处理。

5、建立内部纵向、横向沟通机制，调动公司所有员工的主观能动性，建立和谐、融洽的企业内部关系。

6、员工入职培训，帮助新员工尽快融入到公司的文化氛围中来，同时提升老员工的职业素养；

 

任职要求：

1、全日制人力资源管理或相关专业本科及以上学历；

2、3年以上人力资源经理工作经验，零售行业优先；

3、熟悉招聘流程，熟练运用各种招聘工具和方法，丰富的零售行业招聘经验及技巧，熟悉国家相关法律法规；

4、优秀的语言表达及沟通协调能力、敏锐的洞察能力和分析判断力；

5、形象气质佳，正能量。
