Requirements:

• Coordinate day to day operations within the air freight department

• Responsible for customer service internally, bookings, documentation, and execution of routing for assigned shipments

• Liaising with local clients, suppliers and customers

• Building ongoing relationships with clients and internal departments

• Ensure operations are processed in a controlled and timely fashion

• Tracking and tracing shipments

• Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure that all work is carried out to pre-set service level

• Responsible for informing management of progress and requirements of the department

• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualification:

• Minimum 2 years of freight forwarding/operations experience in air freight related indus

• High achiever, self-driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Team oriented and flexible 

•  Strong interpersonal skills

• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills

• Strong knowledge in MS Office package, including Excel and Word

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Time management and organizational skills
