Job Description：

Handing fuel cell engine technical management

Plan and steer system development activities according to project milestones;
Develop and agree technical requirements with customer within project scope;
Monitor and control system development project progress
Ensure delivery in time according to project schedule;
Escalate unsolved deviations to project or line management;                                                Responsible for overall quality of delivered fuel cell system
Responsible for project process rollout and compliance with quality assurance standards
Coordinate / lead iteration planning and stand-up meetings, provide iteration report
Project risk management;
Monitor and measure project performance in metrics
Maintain and adjust the of project accordingly
Project budget management and tracking;
Other task assigned by manager

Qulifications：

Educational background (language):
B.A. degree or above, majored in Fuel Cell, Electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Chemical industry.
Fluent in English or German speaking and writing.
Job Relevant Knowledge:
Fuel Cell, project management, electrical engineering, Calibration, testing, mathematics.
Work Experience:
Experience in fuel cell or automotive testing area, good communication skills and lean capability highly preferred.
