Tasks
1.Develop and execute Marketing & Sales plan for clients, with focus on Building & Facilities business in construction market;
2.Prepare technical and commercial proposals in response to call for tenders;
3.Customer Relationship Management with Clients, especially with key clients;
4.Promote BV image by participating to seminar, presentations…
5.Maintain Business Communication with Clients, BV network and colleagues in the field;
6.Collect market intelligence and conduct market study;

Requirement
- 5-10 years Sales experience in Construction, Engineering Consultancy or Manufacturing Industry
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong networking & business development skill
- Workable oral English
- Experience in construction related industry is strongly preferred
