职责说明

1. 【工具利用】充分利用挖掘已有的IT资源,（如:Office 365、SFDC、Share-point、Excel VBA）, 协助服务团队提高工作效率及客户满意度，推动服务部门数字化，制作出一定的管理工具包括而不仅限于：服务订单管理工具，客户资产管理工具，客户维修数据管理工具，客户服务数据预测工具

系统配置】配置及维护已有或即将拥有的系统，如：800呼叫中心系统、电子订单系统、企业ERP、OA、CRM 如：SFDC、其他APP

2.【沟通协调】从使用者的视角，负责跨团队的沟通，包括而不仅限于：NAV支持、IT、Master data、外部IT供应商

3.【报表呈现】一定的售后服务业绩及报表的制作，如：服务部平衡记分卡

4.【内部培训】负责团队内部所有的系统的教学和使用辅导

任职要求：

？本科以上学历，

？经验不限

？必须精通至少一门编程语言：VBA，Python，C++

？必须精通至少一门数据库语言：SQL，MySQL，ACCESS

？精通至少一个数据呈现工具：Power-BI，Qlik

？熟悉微软解决方案，office365, share-point,D365,Navision

？有服务部门工作经验优先

？喜欢新事物，具有创新精神，和独当一面的能力

？能用英语作为工作语言

？良好的沟通协作能力

？良好的学习能力，适应能力

？责任心强，以结果为导向，
