Specific duties including, but not restricted to :

• Preparing daily cash report preparation& consolidation for CN branches

• Cost/ACR checking in both CW1 and SAP to make sure all invoices are posted into AP before make payment out

• Weekly AP list preparation

• Prepare monthly analysis report on AP payment check by shipments to ensure positive figures on GP with proper ratio

• Assist to updating local agent payment arrangement, system clearing and filing

• Handle daily BOC ebanking operation and prepare payment request into bank system for approval

• Sustain effective communication & coordination with ops and sales

• Follow instructions and implement policies

• Aware of VAT changes and updates

• Full spectrum of accounting related affairs Back up peers whenever necessary

• Any duty per delegated from time to time

Skills & Educational Requirements :

• Good written and spoken in English and Mandarin
• Knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft Office (Excel) and SAP, CW1
• Able to work under pressure & tight deadline

Inter Relationships :

Good contact with all levels of personnel within the company, clients and vendors

Working conditions :

Flexible hours and required occasionally

• Willing to learn, hard-working, punctual, organized, team play spirit, able to give feedback to Superior & Management.
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks, often with short notice
