Main Tasks:

-       Manage sales of the company’s products and services in within a defined geographic area / province;

-       Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel;

-       Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings;

-       Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles;

- 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in engineering, marketing or business studies is preferred; or minimum five years of related experience in PCB industry, in manufacturing or service department sector;
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information;
• Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team;
• Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Accetable to business trips;
• Fluent English (written and oral)
